At CollectiblesLocker, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of collectibles and autographed memorabilia, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at signaturelocker@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Authenticity & Certificate of Authenticity (COA) Every autographed item sold by CollectiblesLocker is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) as shown in the product listing, issued by the respective authentication company. CollectiblesLocker does not issue COAs independently and is not responsible for, and makes no representations regarding, the authenticity determinations of any third-party grading services, authentication companies, or resellers. Our authenticity commitment applies solely to items purchased directly from CollectiblesLocker.
Please note that authentication opinions are based on the professional judgment of the individual authenticator and represent their interpretation at the time of authentication. Authentication standards and opinions may vary between authenticators and authentication companies. CollectiblesLocker makes no guarantee that any item will receive the same authentication opinion from a different authenticator or third-party grading service.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be in processing.
